ML570 Help 3 Red Lights near cpus

I have 3 red lights next to the cpu area near the fans. What I was doing before. Removing The ..blank cpu slots.. Could they have blown. Reboot the pc when asking for f1 to continue.. I didnt have a kb at the time.

How many useless manuals are in the ML570 section .. Oh no post code on reader. little lamp light flashing.
