ML570 Memory Error

We have been experience application crashes cause by Application exception occurred:
App: nt_i\server.exe (pid=2600)
When: 7/28/2005 @ 04:58:46.054
Exception number: c0000005 (access violation)

I notice there is bois update to fix memory issuse. Could this be cause the error?
