ML570 - System Reboots/Lockups

We are currently running NT 4 sp6a on our dual xeon 900 with 5gb of memory.
After a day or so the server just reboots itself with no error messages if ASR is on (other than ASR detected by system ROM) and if I turn ASR off it just locks up totaly with no error messages at all. Is this a common problem or can someone suggest a way forward.

I have performed a total system erase and re-installed the O/S a couple of times but still get the same lockups or reboots.

Bios etc for all devices is latest available

Hi, I would sugg running prompted diagnostics on the server. Is it all Compaq hardware and memory as well. How is the temperature? ASR is a good protection against overheating. Hope this will help.
