ML570 issues

My Ml570 will not boot. First got NMI Parity Error ...Hardware malfuntion...After restart won't boot at all....Has 2 Drive cages A has 3 drives..0 and 2 have green light 1 doesn't..In cage B 0 and 2 no light 1 does. Have reseated cards and checked memory
