ML570G4 Server with 4 cpu Giving blue dump in windows 2000 server

I am facing a problem with ML570 G4 servers with 4 processors and Windows 2000 OS the problem is the server gives blue dump atleast 1 in a day with Dump code
stop: 0x0000001E. Tested in 3 different servers the problem is same on all of them.
If some one has faced this problem and have some solution for this please replay me..

Hello,

Have you try tu run with 2 processors? Are those CPU's HT?
