MS Cluster Service will not start
I get to the end of the cluster installation wizard and the cluster service fails to start. Error 1009 "The Clustering Service could not join an existing cluster and could not form a new cluster. The Clustering Service has terminated." is generated. From the server I can browse the shared drive (a U1 RAID cabinet) and the cluster install has created a folder called MSCS on the quorum drive. This hardware was purchased specifically for an NT4 cluster. Will it run on a Win2k cluster? If so, what am I missing?
