MSA1000 CLI - "show cacheinfo" not working

I'm trying to troubleshoot a performance issue with my MSA1000. I've read numerous articles and forum posts that mention various ways to monitor performance. One of these posts mentioned the CLI command: "show cacheinfo"

I thought I'd try the cacheinfo command but when I run the show cacheinfo command, it returns "Cache not initialized." As far as I can tell, the cache is enabled. It shows as enabled in the Configuration Utility. How do I go about initializing the cache (if it needs this). Also, could this be causing performance issues?
