Machine won't boot

1850R with a single processor (and PPM), 256 MB Viking Ram and a single 4.3 GB drive. The machine will power on, green LED on motherboard indicates that Processor is on but it won't boot. No BIOS message on monitor, nothing. Any clues?

Please try Compaq memory first.

I have the same problem and I am using Compaq memory. The machine will work fine for several days, then shutdown. If I leave the machine off for several hours I can rebut without a problem. Then the cycle repeats. I am upgrading to the latest BOOS, but any help would be helpful.
