Mail Alert + SMH + CPU Threshold + WBEM does not work

Hi,

 

i want to use the email alert with event notifier config, system management homepage, wbem provider and hp management agents.

 

some alerts, like connect an usb device works without problems.

 

some dont (disconnect the usb device, setting cpu thresholds)

 

My question:

does the threshold alarm work in my environment, or do I need System Inside Manager?

HP Support told me, that WBEM cannot sends email and has no connection to the event notifier to send mails.
