Management Agent for servers - Management Processor Agent Issue
I have a strange issue. Some of my servers are showing that the Management Processor has become disassociated with the server in SIM. This is not happing on every server, just 73 out of 477. I have noticed that on the servers that are experiencing the issue, the "Remote Insight Information" agent is in the Inactive Agents list. There have been no changes made to the servers. I have ran Identify systems from SIM with no luck I am running PSP 7.70
What would cause the agent to move from Active to Inactive?
Is there a script or other means that I can use to move this agent back to Active without logging on to each server and doing it manual?
Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Management Agent for servers - Management Processor Agent Issue
Hi Rodney,
On the servers with the problem make the agent Active again by doing the following...
Start / Settings / Control Panel / HP Management Agents.
Inactive agents are on one side, Active agents on the other.
Just move the Remote Insight Information agent to the left..

Re: Management Agent for servers - Management Processor Agent Issue
Thank you for the infomation. I went ahead and manually moved the agents back to active.
