Manually Uninstall - HP Network Configuration Utility for Windows Server 2003

I am stuck, when I attempt to install the HP Network Configuration Utility for Windows Server 2003, the installer says it is installed but not up to date. Then the installer aborts with the message below and gives no reason. I need to do what ever is necessary to manually uninstall the Network Configuration Utility. Help.

Thanks,

try to update driver to the latest firstly , prior NCU Update
or

Dissolve team if you have some before Uninstall or see if there is pending one from Network connections

Re: Manually Uninstall - HP Network Configuration Utility for Windows Server 2003

The server required a reload of the OS to fix the problem.

There should be a manual un-install procedure for Utilities.
