Maximum IDE Size

I have a client that needs a large partition to handle a massive print job of 120GB. This is a Corel document that is merging with 3000 address for a large bulk mailing.

Will the ML330 handle a 120GB IDE drive? Does the BIOS/Firmware allow for a drive larger than 40GB?

Hi
The ML330E supports 160Go maximum ( but this consists of 4 40Go drives )
But i can't tell you if the Bios will support 1 hard drive.
Maybe you should call Compaq support !

It will support an 80GB drive.. Compaq says it will only support the 40GB drives... It recognized and works fine.. I didn't push my luck with a 120GB drive
