Good Morning,
Our server, at times, appears to have a very loud noise, apparently when there is a power failure (the server is connected to a no-break). So I have to access it via iLO and turn it off, after a few minutes, I turn on the server and the noise disappears. There is no fault on the HDDs (2xHDDs - RAID 1), the LEDs are green, normal. Is there any procedure, or firmware update BIOS (1.13 Nov 08 2012), driver, etc, which can solve this occasional incident?
Waiting feedback. Thank you!

Re: Maximum Ventilation Hp Proliant ML350p Gen8 / No Error
Good afternoon,
Firstly thanks Fabricio for the feedback.
I downloaded the respective files for the above links, but unfortunately all reported the following error messages:
"The software will not be installed on this system because the required hardware is not present in the system or the firmware does not apply to this system.
iLO Channel Interface driver is not loaded.
Press 'Close' to exit Setup. "
"The software is not supported for installation on this system.
You must install the iLO Channel Interface driver to use this component.
Press 'Close' to exit Setup. "
"The software will not be installed on this system because the required hardware is not present in the system or the firmware does not apply to this system.
iLO Channel Interface driver is not loaded.
Press 'Close' to exit Setup. "
I await your analysis and feeback.
Thank you!

Thanks, but unfortunately the error below persists in installing this driver.
"The software is not supported for installation on this system.
The iLO Channel Interface Driver must be installed before installing this component.
Press 'Close' to exit Setup. "

Re: Maximum Ventilation Hp Proliant ML350p Gen8 / No Error
You need to install the iLO CHIF driver. Follwoing allong with the OS version of the other drivers listed in this thread you need this
Or better yet, download the latest Gen8 SPP and it will contain all the latest Proliant drivers for your system
