Memory DIMM Compatibilty II

Another Memory DIMM compatibility question, will HP DIMM Part No 500205-071 "HP 8GB (1x8GB) Dual Rank x4 PC3-10600 (DDR3-1333) Registered CAS-9 Memory Kit" work in a DL360p GEN8 server? If so is it compatible with HP DIMM Part No 647650-071 (Additional information is DIMM DDR3; Size 8GB; 1333 MHz.)?  Or would it be better to remove the current DIMM's and replace with 500205-071.
