Memory Installation

Hi

I have a HP Proliant ML 370 G5 server. Please how can I install multi 4GB RAMs in one RAM board?  And how can I install mix of 1GB with 4GB RAMs? And How can I install multi 1GB RAMs alone?

Follow the memory population guidelines in the quickspecs for your server model.  It will tell you what kinds of memory are allowed, how to populate them in what order, what kinds of memory can be mixed together, and so on.

 

If you have a specific question because the quickspecs weren't clear, that's okay, but I always check the specs first because usually it has just what you need.
