Memory Problem of ProLiant DL360 G4
I have installed FreeBSD 4.10 on ProLiant DL360 G4 with 4GB memory and Smart Array 6i controller. The server can detect the right memory amount at the booting time (4096MB). However, when I run the command "dmesg" on FreeBSD that only detects 3.7 GB not 4GB memory size:
real memory = 3758043136 (3669964K bytes)
avail memory = 3661037568 (3575232K bytes)
I have also tried to modify the kernel by adding the option "MAXMEM" and set the value to "4096*1024". But that makes the server cannot boot into the FreeBSD system, and has a "Fatal trap 12: page fault while in kernel mode" error was shown out.
How can I use the full 4GB memory size on my system?

Re: Memory Problem of ProLiant DL360 G4
Does it means that there is no way to solve the memory problem according to the references ?
