is there a tool or possibility to find out if the memory on my 5i Controller are enough?

You can go into the Array Configuration utility, highlight the 5I and chose more info on the right hand side. This will tell you the battery size.

do you have any Timeouts, any read write errors from system LOG, any Data base Write Problem ??

This might help you:
Channel Transfer Rate 320 MB/s total; 160 MB/s per channel
and
Memory 32 MB of DRAM used for code, transfer buffers, and non-battery backed read cache.
