Memory problems G4
Hi,
I was wondering if anyone or If someone at HP has released a patch or solution for the 4GB Memory kit (Dual-rank) that appears as "Dual-Rank not supported". Heard rumours that a BIOS update could fix this problem ?

Re: Memory problems G4
Hi,
the rumours are not true, for the DL380 G4 there is no dual rank memory qualified and available yet. There have been issues with dual rank memory appearing in place of single rank which have not originated from HP. Immediate action shold be to log a service call and try to get high-res pictures of the memory to HP.
rgds,
Rob
