Memory threashold for Managgment Paq 7.00A

I have a CA Unicenter that monitors an HP Proliant DL380 MSA500 Cluster.
The CA warns of memory performance issues:
CPQNiMgt process memory usage is 4180 (Critical?!)
CqMgServ 3548KB (Warning?!)
cqmgstor 3152KB (Warning?!)
Anyone knows what threshold should be entered?

Re: Memory threashold for Managgment Paq 7.00A

The NIC Agent will generally start out at about 2 1/2 MB, the Server Agent at about 1.2 MB, and the Storage Agent less and a MB.

However, the number of options installed will affect the amount of memory installed. For instance, additional NICs will add to the amount of memory being used. Likewise, some NICs may consume more memory than others.

It may be more significant how much memory is being used over time than how much memory is being used at one point of time. If it seems to grow over a period of time rather than just out of the gate, then there may be some sort of memory leak going on.

Make certain these agents are actually working by accessing the System Management Homepage and check for devices that each agent supports.
