Microserver Gen10 Plus - E208i-p controller not detected in SSA
Brand new Microserver Gen10 Plus with all firmware updated to current.
I have installed an E208i-p SR gen 10 array controller. The controller shows up in ILO System Information:Device Inventory but is not detected in SSA so I cant setup the array. I have tried SSA from the SPP iso and the stand alone SSA with the same results. The firmware update tool also does not see the controller and Storage in ILO does not show any controllers or the drives that are connected. I have tried both legacy and UEFI mode.
Is there any other way to update the firmware or determine if the controller is actually bad?
