Migrate V490 Sun Solaris to Proliant

I want to change my V490 sun solaris server for an equivalent from HP. This new server needs to have linux operating system. what model can you recommend me? My actual server has 16GB RAM, two dual processors and two physical disks of  146GB each. thanks.

There are several offerings from HP's ProLiant (www.hp.com/go/proliant ) that can potentially fit your needs and host a linux OS. 

 

I can't make specific recommendation based on just the SUN hardware specs provided, as we would need to understand the workload on the server to size the right solution.  Please contact your local HP sales rep/HP Partner or HP direct (http://www8.hp.com/us/en/hp-information/summary/ww-contact-us.html) to get a configuration and quote.
