Migrate disks from Bl20p G1 to Bl20p G2

Good mornig.
A client needs to migrate the disks of a BL20p G1 to a BL20p G2 to be able to connect the server to his SAN.
The installed operating system is Windows 2000 and RDP's version is 2.1.
Which would be the best way of doing it?
