Mirroring
I would like to mirror 2 identical drives in the Proliant 850R, using Win2K Server. The mirroring gets to 9%, then fails with an I/O error. Does this indicate a hardware fault with one of the drives (both seem to test ok)? The point of failure is identical every time. I have tried patching Win2k with Service Pack 2, as well as loading associaled Compaq drivers. Can any one think of anything else to try?

Ensure
Hi, check out the dynamic capabilities on the Microsoft and Ensure that there is at least 4 MB of unpartitioned disk space available at the end of each disk to allow for the conversion of Basic to Dynamic.
Hope this will help.
