Missing !TCM5920.CFG file

Missing !TCM5920.CFG file

I upgraded the BIOS on my ProLiant 2500 to the latest version. After the BIOS upgrade, I get the 175-EISA Configuration/Slot error. I've tried deleting the config via the advanced System Partition, upgrading the System partition files, deleting the system volume, with no luck.

When I try to run the System Configuration, it tells me it's looking for the !TCM5920.CFG file. Any ideas? Thanks.
