Mixed Size Dimm Pair in ML350 G5

We have a Proliant ML350 G5 Quad core Server with 2Gb of memory comprising of 4 x 512Mb DIMMS. Can we increase the memory to 4Gb by adding 2 x 1Gb DIMMS rather than adding another 4 x 512Mb DIMMS?

3C - 1 GB

5A - 512 MB
6B - 512 MB
