What are the risks, consequences involved in mixing Ultra2 and Ultra3 SCSI drives.
Will the Ultra2 transfer at 80 MB/s and the Ultra3 at 160? Or, will all drives transmit at the fastest common speed, in this case 80 MB/s?
Is there greater risk of hardware failure or data corruption when mixing SCSI standards? Do the drives have to be placed in any particular order with respect to type?
