Ml350 and RILOEII P/N 227251-001 (us) Edition

Hi, We have a uk/europe Ml350 and an us RILOEII card P/n 227251-001 installed they keep dying on us could it be that the RILOEII card is a US edition and the server doesn't like it?

You probably know there is standard warranty valid worldwide*, if you relocate server to other location it still active and Internal components as System board, etc, would be identical. RILOE board is standard also. Mostly difference between countries is for auxiliary components as AC adapters, Power Cables, etc.. How they die on you? Is your System and RILOE is up to date? How they connected?

They die in the following fashion the server boots displaying the Compaq logo then it does the memory count and then detects the processor and then the screen goes blank.

Is the screen plugged into the VGA out on the server or on the RILOEII. It should be connected to the back of the RILOEII.

The screen is connected to the RILO II card and the on bopard Video is disabled, what I was trying to establish is that if these boards are all the same, why have a European and US version ?

As replacement Part for single Card Part Number will be same
As an Option Part there will be Difference since it depends where you live to complete your Package with AC adapter, and AC cord.
Please correct if I'm wrong.
