Ml350 g6 drivers

hello guys,

i have a ml350 g6 server for school but now i have windows server 2012 r2 installed on it but the problem is then  me network adapater could not be found or something see picture 

Qlogic nc375i integrated quad port multifunction gigabit server adapter but i cant find the correct driver anywhere could someone help me with this

Hey i did install the drivers you give menot no succes me server still not see me network card :s
