Ml359 g6 random reboot

A client has an Proliant ML350g6 running MS Server 2003 which has begun to randomly reboot over the last three days/once a day. The log shows:

104 12/14/2010 04:30:00 BMC IPMI Watchdog Timer Timeout: Action=System Power Reset.
105 12/14/2010 04:30:00 Server power removed.
106 12/14/2010 04:30:00 Server power restored.

Any thoughts?

To resolve this issue update the ILO2 firmware and driver.
