Monitor Service

Cannot start this service (tells me unable to find file). This server also periodically, and with no documentation in Event Viewer, shuts down the McAfee NetShield service, and you cannot immediately restart (you get a visit from Dr. Watson), but then later, can restart the McAfee service no problem. Is there somewhere on Compaq's web site that gives you a breakdown on what services Compaq installs as part of Insight Manager and what they do?
