Monitored Server Console Is In An Unsupported Text Mode

I have one DL360 G4 box, if i connect the box to a monitor, the screen is blank. If i open the iLO Page-->Remote Consile, then it shows "Monitored Server Console Is In An Unsupported Text Mode".

Please anyone tell me, how to solve this issue ?

Google says resetting the iLo should work.
