Motherboard Compatible with ML530 G2 Xeon 2.4 Ghz CPU's

We've upgraded an ML530 G2 with two 3.06 Ghz PIII Xeon processors. This means we have two 2.4 Ghz PIII Xeon processors without a home. They won't go in anything else we have, and there's no "used" market for them. So instead of throwing them away.... the question is: Is anyone aware of a third-party (non-HP) motherboard that would be compatible with these CPU's? Hate to let them sit around and do nothing. We could build a nice little box from them. The Compaq Spare P/N on the CPU's is 249144-001.

You may be able to sell them on e-bay but yes, they are limited in their use.

Number one, are they not XEON P4 processors? Parts shows you must have now the 324704-001 Intel Xeon processor - 3.00GHz (Prestonia, 400MHz front side bus, 512KB ATC cache, 603-pin).
What you have left is the 249144-001 Intel Xeon processor - 2.4GHz (Prestonia, 512KB ATC cache). This must also be a XEON 4 Socket603 CPU and yes there are a lot of motherboards out there for that cpu. Intel, Supermicro and Tyan all make Socket 603 ATX MBs $280-$700 depending on their config.

Finally found this info. The processor is a SL65T. (Now that I know to look for that magic Intel code, it's easy!). The naming convention is a little confusing. Processors designated "Xeon" are P4's. Processors designated "Pentium Xeon" are P3's. Thanks, Intel, for making it confusing. Anyway, 249144-001 is the following:

Intel Xeon 2.4GHz, Prestonia, 512KB Cache, w/ HyperThreading and Dual Processor Support.

2.40Ghz
603 pin PPGA
400 MHz bus
512 KB Cache
1.475 Volt core
Bus/Core Ration 24
