Mouse does not work in DL380G2
There are Remote Insight Board in the server. Mouse and keyboard are connected to cutoff point on motherboard. Compaq tests for point device completed successfully. Mouse itself is working on any other computer.
When the remote insight board was removed from server, mouse has still not working as before. And compaq tests have point at mouse port controller (poining device)is absent.
Please suggest me what is the matter?

Re: Mouse does not work in DL380G2
Hi
I remember that RILOE II in DL380G2 must connected a 30 pins cable to the backbone, and plugin the first pci slot. It??s Ok?

Hi
What Firmware version have you got? If you have 1.02, upgrade to 1.02A beta.
