Move ml110 g5 production linux server to Raid 5 or 10

Hi,

I have a HP ML110 Server which I'm using with centos5.
Since I'm only using one hard drive and I might lose all the information. I need to know how do I switch to raid configuration without having to reinstall everthing again.

If not possible please give me the steps to move to RAID 1 at least.
