Moving RAID Array

I moved a RAID array controller and the hard drives from one 1850R, which has a bad motherboard, to a new 1850R, which had not yet been setup. Booted up the server and all was fine, but users are complaining of extreme slowness. Any ideas?

how about memory config? is it the same..?
are you using the same cabling as the old system? if not and if you have ultra 3 drives make sure you are using an ultra 3 cable...is the array controller the same one or identical one? if identical is the rom on it the same?
how about the nics? are they the same..did you go from a 10/100 to a 10?
