Multi-Card UPS

I attached a multi-card into the UPS 3000 rack mount system and connected all three servers. The UPS system has been rebooted, the Power Management Agents have been removed and re-installed, the Config.exe was run mathcing ports to load segments and the card has been reseatted. In compaq insight manager, the option for attachment is greyed out where it should be active to set the options on each segment.

I am using Agents 1.81. Is there anything else I need to do to get this to work correctly?
