Multiple NIC's in 1U server

I'm currently picking a server for use as a router (with Mikrotik RouterOS). However, I am facing a challenge when it comes to the number of network interfaces. I would like 2 x quad core CPU's and at least 8 NIC's in 1U.

DL160G6 only has one externally accessible expansion slot if I understand correctly.

DL120G6 and DL320G6 are limited to one CPU socket.

What about the DL360G6? Are both PCI-e slots free and externally accessible?

ProLiant Servers ==> Configure ==> select your model

so you will be able to simulate the configurations.
