3- I coonected the embeded ILO interface to the LAN with DHCP enabled, but when checked up the DHCP server it did not show any new address lease.
4- the quick find dignostic displays: "4F"
5- the memory board status led blinks and the blinking does not end.

Hi,
-What is the Status of the Internal health LED?
- Deoes the Power LED go green when powered on or does it remain Amber?
- Do fan's spin up when powered on ?
- Try and re-seat the Memory Module,( Boot the server with Miminum configuration, remove additional PCI cards installed and boot server with One Memory Module)

For additonal T/S information, refer to the Maintenance and service guide Page: 122

Both internal and extrenal health leds are green, but the memory borad led blinks and the system monitor does not show anything and it does not even beeps and the ILO does not gets IP form the DHCP regarding that I have already set the ovrride jumper to reset the RBSU and ILO settings be ovrrided and tested both on/off postions of the jumpers on the system borad of the server...
also I have tested the server with minimum configuration and the tested memory board and the DIMMs on another same server and they were OK.
it think I should call HP support center :-(
