NC105i Ethernet driver for XPpro on ML110 G5

I want to use the ML110GE as a workstation, and install WinXP pro.
The Ethernet driver for NC105i (package cp008892.exe) refuses to install because the OS is not Win 2003 server.
Adding another NIC is the only chance?

I tried it, but the message is the same, it is not compatible with Win XP pro

Oh i c.....Extract the files first so that you can see the INF installer. please try updating the driver through the device manager and point it to the INF installer.

The suggestion of extracting the files and upgrading the driver manually pointing to the INF file was perfect. The driver is working with XP pro.
