We have 3 DL380 G5 servers with NC360T NIC's installed in Slot 2. The NIC's are visible to the OS along with the embedded NC373i but not visible in the Network Configuration Utility (NC373i are visible)
PSP 8.00A has been used
Any ideas - I remember a similar thing with the NC7170 but newer drivers fixed it. I am using the latest drivers in this case

Solution
hi
I had similar situation and it was fixed by the ways:
1. installing NCU 8.8, if installing NCU 8.8 gives you any miniport error downgrade drivers for NIC too
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=15351&prodSeriesId=1121516&prodNameId=3288134&swEnvOID=1005&swLang=8&mode=2&taskId=135&swItem=MTX-f9af4e1c325840beb58658c81d
2. Installing W2003 Service Pack 2, since server did no have that SP2
anything else let us know
regards
