NC364T quad port nic drivers for Windows 2012 R2

Hi there

 

Are there Windows 2012 R2 drivers for the NC364T quad gig nic?

i can only find Windows 2008 R2 drivers

 

I have tried two different nc364T nics with the Windows 2008 R2 drivers installed on Windows 2012 R2 and even though they seem to connect, data doesn't flow, dont respond to ping, etc

 

have these nics been dropped?
