NC373i MF Card in BL 685c ISCSI Boot Rom

Yeah I can't get it to upgrade tot he Boot Option Rom 1.1.3 either. Same problem.

I'm trying the same on the BL465c the NC373m cards. I get that error even after running the ROM updates. The ev.exe seems to write out the config (since the ev -p reads it back to me) but I'm concerned about the error too.

Here you go get the linux file and extract it. There is a DOS updater under the apps\ccfwupg\ccfwupg1 folder. It runs the same, but the binary for the ROM is 1.1.6 (listed on the file). This update worked for me.
