Hi, my company recently purchased a server HP DL370 G6, We baught and installed windows 2003 Ent x64 on it, but we cant get the network card working its a
HP NC375i Integrated Quad port mulitfunction Gigabit NIC.
I know What Is The Slat Dimm On The lan Card?

Do you mean the DIMM SLOT on the LAN Card ?
If that is your question here is the answer
"Smart-mini DIMM Module"
By plugging the Smart-mini DIMM Module to the HP NC375i Integrated Quad Port Multifunction Gigabit Server Adapter, TCP/IP Offload Engine (TOE) for Windows is enabled/supported
The part number for a cache module for a NC375i is 519808-B21 (spare 581135-001)
