NC7781
Nics NC7781.
The port one it disconnecting for 20 min on then come back on.
Also I already replace the system board.

OK you replaced system Board but before that did you update the Firmware and Driver for that NIC?
which OS by the way?
are you using NIC teaming?

No I´m not using the Nic teaming,

I already done the firmware and drives update using the PSP 8.00 and FW CD 8.00,
also I am using Windows sever 2003 x32,

in that case there are newer driver and Firmware you can try
driver 10.78.0.0 (8 Jul 2008)
