NIC Error

I am getting the following in the event log periodically. Everything seems to work fine and no loss of data is occuring.

Event ID: 26 Type: Warning

N1002 : PROBLEM: Could not establish link.
ACTION: Check network cable.
ACTION: Confirm that the link partner is capable of full duplex, 1000 Mbps operation.
ACTION: Select the NIC in the network control panel. Click properties. Run CPQNTAC diagnostics.

Any ideas?

up same problem here just got done upgrading all of our servers to run this NC7131 Gig- NC forcing it to run 1000/full and now getting this. its somewhat annoying to see these messages every time server gets re booted. and out customers starting to blame it for anything that goes wrong on the server.
