NIC Teaming resources
We're looking into setting up some redundancy on our servers (W2K domain controllers), and I'd like some documents or links on the various NIC Teaming options. I've looked around a bit in the support site, but can't find any useful information. I'm just looking for an overview of how nic teaming works, and maybe some setup instructions so we can test it out. Thanks.

Re: NIC Teaming resources
Here's a link to a whitepaper with an overview on high-availability and clustering which has some usefull information on nic teaming:

Re: NIC Teaming resources
Thanks, that was a very helpful paper. It also pointed to another whitepaper called "Compaq Advanced Network Error Correction Support in a Microsoft Windows NT Server Environment". It was very good as well, even though it's a little out of date.

Re: NIC Teaming resources
contact me on mike@vahldieck.com and I sent you a brief document about teaming (teaming can be done in two ways).
