NIC Teaming

I have NIC teaming setup on a Proliant ML570. I have selected Cisco Fast Etherchannel and configured the ports on the switch for FEC. The machine comes up just fine but then disappears from the network every 60 seconds for 6 or 7 seconds then returns. Heartbeat is disabled. I have the latest drivers for both the NIC's(5.41.17) and NIC Teaming(6.21.621.2). Ideas anyone?

Hello,
I have come across with this issue before where exactly samething was happening when connected to a CISCO Switch. Customer ended up contacting CISCO and issue was resolved.
