NIC disappeared from bios and iLO , cant boot from pxe on pci

Hello

I have HP DL360 G9 servers with following network cards :

  • HP Ethernet 1Gb 4-port 331i Adapter - NIC
  • INTEL 10G PCI Card

After installing second PCI network card its ok at first ILO shows the adapter, part number and etc but after a while, it disappeared from ILO and bios

If I install the Operating System I have 6 interfaces and everything is fine.

I already try different Cards with different part numbers and firmware changing all goes dead end.

How can I boot the machine over the network using second PCI cards?

Thanks

Hi,

Please check if the Intel 10G card is compatible with this server or server chipset.  Check the server QuickSpecs.

Update Server BIOS and iLO firmware to the latest available.
Update Intel 10G network adapter firmware if available.

May be this link will help.

Thank You!
