NIC "Link Failure" on W2K8 64bit after SP2 installation in SMH

After the Installation of SP2 in Windows 2008 64bit, the status of a running NIC changes to "Link Failure".
Before SP2 Installation everything was green in the SMH.

I can reproduce this error on a DL360G5 and BL465c G5.

Any ideas?

After Installing PSP 8.25 the Warning does not appear anymore :-)
