NMI Error
Every few days the serve blue screens with a ***HARDWARE MALFUNCTION*** CALL YOUR HARDWARE VENDER FOR SUPPORT
NMI: PARITY CHECK/MEMORY PARITY ERROR
***THE SYSTEM HAS HALTED***
The system has 1 Gig of memory that has all been replaced, also the system board has been replaced, the only other boards in the server are the nic card and the Raid card. I was thinking we should replace the RAID card next, any thoughts?

Re: NMI Error
Check firmware on array controllers first - there were several problems fixed by firmware updates. The array controller firmware is disk 1 of the options rom disk set - available from www.compaq.com/support/files/server . If you're still having the problem, email us at support@compaq.com
